Although I found this very short segment informative, I wish it were longer in length, and gave more examples of the Mediterranean diet’s approach and how it works for men vs. women on a daily basis. I’m aware of some the eating habits of Mediterranean people as I’m Italian, and my spouse is Spanish, but weight gain is a trait that runs on his side of the family (his father is German and his mother is Spanish), while my entire family is Italian and we are lean and don’t tend to put on a lot of weight. My concern is for my two children; so getting as much helpful information is important to me. Any chance there might be additional information on this particular finding that is lengthier in it’s content?
